Acknowledge and recognize thoughts without interacting with them, just be present and focus on breathing.
Take 3 minutes to close your eyes, relax, and focus on your breathing, then open your eyes and continue watching the video.
Spend 3 minutes in quiet meditation regularly to ground, calm, and center yourself.
