Your Wife Thinks, You Think, She’s Stupid: Here’s Why!
In this video, I talk about the importance of listening to your wife without telling her how she could have done it better, done it differently, or how she's wrong for feeling the way she does.
Your wife tells a story about how one of her friends hurt her feelings or someone at her work upset her.
You listen to her story and then you tell her what she should have done or how she can handle it better next time.
Are you a dismissive, insensitive man who judges her, criticizes her, and treats her in unloving ways, OR are you a loving man who just wants to be strong, supportive, and helpful to your wife?
My guess is, you are the latter of the two.
You are a loving husband who truly wants to be strong and support his wife, but everything you say seems to push her away.
How do I know?
Because that was me in 2018.
I wanted to help her, support her, fix her problems, and take away her frustration and pain. But every time I tried to offer my advice, she just got shut down emotionally or worse, she got upset with me for telling her “what she should have done”.
I didn't understand "Facts Versus Feelings". What I have learned since then has turned my marriage, my relationships, and my life around.
So, I know it works and it can work for you too. I have walked and talked with men who have applied what I've learned and they have enjoyed the same life-changing transformations.
